    Default Greetings from Oklahoma

    50 years old and starting a new chapter in my life. I have enjoyed reading a lot of new information and would welcome anyone's suggestions on how to get started, i am reading the beginner areas and doing research on the internet, but sometimes all the information is mind boggling. thank you in advance.

    Welcome to SRP

    My personal preference is to buy vintage straight razors and the best place to do that is the SRP Classified Ads. The razors offered there are a pretty safe bet. Make sure they have been cleaned, honed and shave tested.

    Thank you for the advice, was out of town for a wedding and haven't been back to site, still reading but think i'm going to pull the trigger and buy my first set today for Straight Razor designs as you have mentioned.
