Joining the fraternity of the Straight Razor
I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Adam aka HooliganKing and today I dropped a pretty penny on my first razor (they say "buy nice, not twice"). I ordered it online along with my strop/bowl/brush. I have been going to barbershops for over a decade now, and while I rarely get a face shave, I noramlly have the barber hit the edges of my hair with a straight razor. I enjoy the routine, the ritual, and the over-all experience and I look forward to learning from all you guys here. I am glad to have found this site. I will post a picture if I can of my new razor when it comes in!!!
