Hello,
I have been SR shaving for 3 months and thanking the contributors to this site is long overdue. What a great resource. Being able to receive guidance on any decision I make wether it be a purchase or technique from a great group of mentors is invaluable. The first mistake I made was telling my wife that by buying one good straight razor I would be saving money in the long run...I'm up to 5 and have become quite adept at catching the UPS truck before she does. As I venture into honing (just got my first stone) it is comforting to know help is not far away.
