Hi All,

My name is Mike and I am new to the forum. I look forward to learning and sharing ideas on straight razors with other members, I have to say that the learning curve has been steep for me so far but I don't give up easily.

I have only shaved with a straight razor for about 5-6 times but each time gets slightly better. I have looked at shaving as somewhat of a chore for all of my adult life but now I actually look forward to it and I truly appreciate the history and craftsmanship involved.
