    Default Hello everyone.

I just changed up my shaving routine. Found this forum and here I am. I have a new Merkur hd and a cheap shavette. But what really got me hunting around, was an old Boker a friend just gave me. In rough shape, but I hope it is worth restoring. I would love to see it come back to life. I haven't seen any other Bokers like it on the net. I'll post pics. Hoping to use it and pass it on to my son many moons from now.

    Welcome!!

Glad you've joined the forum. I look forward to seeing your Boker and I'm sure there will be some info on it from one of the members. There are a few that have extensive knowledge of the vintage shavers.

Here's a link to a thread that should be very beneficial for your restoration work. http://straightrazorpalace.com/works...wers-here.html

Also, below are links to other useful threads, especially the wiki. It's a very good read and contains a lot of useful info that can actually save you some money, and frustration.

Look forward to seeing you on the forum!!

    Best Regards,
    Howard
