Thanked: 9Hello from Finland
Hello everyone.
I represent one of few wetshavers in my country. I've been wetshaving for five months and it has really changed my life. I jumped from Gillette multibladedisasters to a straight razor and wet shaving. There was lot to read when I was waiting my starter package. Now I have turned couple of my buddies to wetshaving, they are using traditional products and are waiting to take step with safety or straight razor.
I've been keeping blog in finnish of my journey in wetshaving with SR since I started. I named my blog "World of classic wetshaving". Wet shaving is almost forgot skill in Finland but gladly it's popularity is growing. If you go any store in Finland there is only Gillette multiblades or canned foams and gels, not much of choice in product range. I started at april working with The Executive Shaving Company from England to get products reviewed in finnish in my blog. You can read my blog at Klassisen parranajon maailma.
Now I have few vintage Heljestrands in my razor collection and of course my start up sr Dovo's Col. Conk 5/8. I love about wet shaving that there is so many products and different razors waiting for me. Your shave isn't never ready.
My next challenge is to teach my brother how to shave with SR, he is already hooked using brush and shaving soap. After his first shave with sr I guess we can bury his multiblade disaster deep in finnish ground.
