I would trust the member service for sharpening service.
IS there any member from montreal do some restoration?

In the mean time, like Cangooner said, there's Vasco downtown, but I find their selection to be limited compared to online shops. There's also a Japanese knife shop, L'Émouleur, in the Mile-End on Laurier, I think they sell kamisori razors and offer a straight razor sharpening service (I can't really comment further, I never tried them).

    Cheers.

Your king cutter looks pretty clean. I would just reset the bevel and hone it, gently polish a few rusty spots et c'est tout.
I could do it if you like.

I can take a look at it. If its a small job, it will be complimentary.

Montreal is growing in straight shavers and that's great!

Boker are among my favorites. This one is definitively a keeper by all means!

    +1 for a Monreal meeting
