Thanked: 0Hello From Oregon
Hello all,
This is a first for me for a few things. First time joining a forum, first time posting on a forum and first time using a straight razor (well haven't done that last one yet, I am still waiting for it to arrive) I am really excited to learn how to use a straight razor because I am tried of buying those super expensive cartridges and having razor burn afterwards. I'm sure I will have tons of questions and I want to thank you all in advance for your patience and your answers.
Thanks,
Jason

Hey, Jason. Welcome. And bravo for starting the journey. I've only read about one person that tried it and went back to a cartridge.
Its a little drive, but if it would be helpful - PM me about getting together. Sometimes the 'in person' time helps more than you-tube. Try some of my gear, see a bit of what my routine is like. I'm outside of Scappoose, so its a bit over an hour.
Wish you the best with it. If I can be helpful - let me know.

Welcome Jason, you've found a great forum. And definitely get together with pinklather. I've met with him and what he doesn't know fits on the head of a pin.
