Default Any suggestions for a travel kit AfterShave container

    Greetings all.
For my travel kit, I tried to use 3 oz. Flip Top Bottles that snap closed. I even taped them shut.
Yes, they leaked. It was a good thing I put them inside a zip-lock plastic bag.

If anyone has solved this problem, please let me know.
    Here's what I used...

After 2/3 of a litre of glycerin leaked through my case I am very wary of containers, I am thinking that maybe small screw top plastic bottles might work, I think they give out 2-300ml bottles of water on the flight I catch to and from work so I will try and snaffle a few of those, or even the small bottles glycerin comes in from the chemist should work. Or screw top aftershave bottles.

When I travel I bring a balm or lotion aftershave in a screw top bottle. I haven't had any leaks.

I don't trust those flip top bottles for traveling. The slightest pressure on them tends to pop them open.

I just starting using aftershaves since switching to Str8s; and I now use Clubman etc....the liquids.
When I asked the question it was unthinkable to use anything else....now, after a BFOTO (Blinding Flash Of The Obvious) I think I will check some out.

    Thanks

I actually missed the fact that it was aftershave that you wanted containers for, when I read the title I thought it was just bottles for various liquids. But funny in hindsight

I use the small clear square nalgene bottle. holds 30ml. does a good job with Thayers and doesn't leak.

I got mine from one of the nalgene travel bottle sets, you might find one on its own, but it might be the cost of one of the sets.

I found them at a place called The Container Store. The 1 oz. bottles are 79 cents each.
I'm going to order a bunch and let you know how it goes.
    Thanks again for the recommendation.
