    Default balsa wood

    i have chrox, and balsa, should i sand the balsa down? is it necessary? if so how much do i sand it down to? and what grit is good to use? the hardware store only has 600 grit max, i do have a DMT plate can i use that?

    Hey, if its flat balsa board already sanded you want to block sand it, 600 grits fine,wet it with water to raise the grain, let it dry and resand with 600 again. Then you are good to go..
    Least that works for me.
