    Default SRP goods suggestion...

    Hi,

I was buying a shirt via zazzle and had an idea if anyone hasn't proposed it already.

I thought of 2 products which would be cool to have as SRP members...

First, a beer / long mouse mat (not for a home bar or for PC use, but as a working mat for razor cleaning etc. Could have the Sizing guide, the profiles of different grinds and SRP logo etc.

Second, SRP embroidered / printed face / hand towels to use whilst shaving. Could be very easy to arrange by SRP and I would certainly order one of the bar/mouse mats and a few towels.

As far as the mat goes. Something similar to the hobby mats sold at stores for hobby use. Something incorporating the razor ruler and different grind profiles. I would imagine that it would be a fairly niche market.

I voted no because I do not intend to buy it unless it comes really cheap. Usually shipping costs to Europe are the killer. I don't want to raise hopes of members developing SRP mechandise.

Nice idea but I have to say no. I generally sit on the sofa with a piece of pine board on my lap and work on my razors. I sand and polish and hone with it on my lap. Have a ruler next to me for any measurements.

Being an avid gun enthusiast, I would buy the mat. Exploded view of a razor, grinds, ruler. They make them for pistols and love them. But they're cheap. This would need to be similar. Towel is a good idea, I'd contribute if at the right price.

Here is a Razor Ruler that was originally developed/shared by "razorguy" and I linked it to save it...

It is not a mouse pad but ya can't beat the price!

If printing just make sure not to "fit to page" or any other similar action or it will affect the ruler as a whole.

    Enjoy!

I voted yes, as long as the price is fairly low I would love to own some SRP swag.
