Etched glass would be very cool. Would have to find someone with artistic ability to do the drawing. That would not be me.

find/make a vector drawing of what you want, 1 color... and I can cut it out on vinyl sticker and then you can use it as a stencil with etching paste that you can get at the arts and crafts store. The result is a professional looking frosted/etched glass design. I've done it on whiskey (glen cairn) glasses before.

Did anyone bother looking at the other patterns that come up in the right margin on that last line? This being a "family oriented" forum I will let it go at that...

@Splashone... Was it the "Scooterbaby" link with the Red SR... The "Bald" references? I did not see that initially until you mentioned something and I went back through both links... But that was the only thing I could find. ?? If that was it we can kill the Link as we have the Pic up already... Just verify that is what you are speaking of... This is a Gentleman's/Gentlewomen's (.. or is it Gentlelady's..) Forum so if one has a problem we all have a problem and it will easily and happily be fixed by either the Poster or a Mod... I do not believe I have any control of the other Posts in this Thread.
If this is clarified and I am away, please, anyone feel free to address or email the link to JimmyHAD for the fix...
No reason for anyone to feel uncomfortable... It takes away from the Acquisition Disorder "Experience"!

Thanked: 49I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable either but those designs didn't "come up" on my device. I had to go looking for them by clicking the "related designs" button. I realize everyone's tolerances are different and the forum has rules but how for do we take it? If we post an eBay link into the auction talk forum do we have to check all the seller's other listings to make sure there isn't anything that could possibly offend anyone? I'm not necessarily trying to be argumentative so I hope no one takes this personally. After all. It's about the shaving. Cheers.

It was the last link. There was another shower curtain clearly meant for the ladies. Far from being offended, I thought it was hilarious. I just wouldn't put the quote up here for fear of offending someone else.

@tedh75... Really sound points and I think you are right... The Sites have little control over Ads in Sidebar/Similar Feeds... I read a Post from MoneyTalks News that explained how they sell Ad Space to a Company who then parcels up that Space to other companies so, ultimately, MoneyTalks has little to no idea who ultimately ends up using that space... That is a simplistic explanation but best I can muster though the original complaint from the MoneyTalks Post originated with a complaint that an unethical company was advertising and thus they questioned why MoneyTalks would Sponsor them. With all the differences in tolerance and opinions, particularly for sites like this with extremely varied cultural, ethnic and religious preferences I find the simple method of... If someone cares enough to mention an issue I should care enough to address the issue... to be the best for all sides. It is just too cumbersome to sort out the minutia of details when there is a fairly broad TOU in place. But, I completely understand and support your points as things like that in the US have gotten particlarly out of hand IMO.
@Splashone... Ah, very good! I think those Sidebars/etc may load different depending on location. I know they often advertise Spokane Area stuff for me despite me being 3+ hours away. ?!
@Lynn... EXACTLY! They have those B/W or Sepia ones with all the other Wet Shaving Gear like Scuttles, Brushes, Soap and DE's but SR's are conspicuously absent. Some design with various SR's pics in multiple positions intermingled with script of Manufacturer Names would be perFECT!!!
Very, very weird the bias against SR's and in surprising places... I had a Patient years back that was an old Barber and even he looked down on them!? He told me a story of a Military Customer of his that would go on Leave to go Hunting then swing by his Shop (.. which was next to a Bar..) for a SR Shave and the Barber would put him off until he drifted off and had enough drinks then call him to the chair, put the towels on him and wait for him to fall asleep/pass-out then he shaved the guy with a DE, woke him up and they guy was never the wiser/loved his "SR Shave". But, the Barber kinda shook his head in disgust when I told him about my excitement with SR's... Totally surprising and unexpected from that source! ??? Still scratchin' my head on that one.
