I bought a 16oz (non-aerosol) can and fill small 3oz pump containers for home and when on overnight trips. I found this to be the easiest application method, but care needs to be taken that the spray-bottle does not leak when travelling.

Less commonly, it can also be found as wipes, which could be useful on trips as it would do away with the need to carry a (spray-)bottle that could break or leak in the suitcase and therefore needs protective wrapping.

Non toxic too. Actually I don't find the smell bad at all. I wonder if this can morph into another "Arko stick smell" issue???

For years I have used the "razor magic nectar": Ballistol. I have two big containers of it, which I figure should take me into the next century. Good stuff.

I agree with Obie. I have a spray can of Ballistol. It's all I use to lubricate my straight razors these days.
