Thanked: 375I might poly urethane it later or just use Johnson wax.
The feature I like is it has room, and little curious hands can't get in it. Now to find a lock...CHRIS

Thanked: 375Pulled the hardware off this moring and buffed with ren- wax.
Wiped some black stain on. I think it's turning out good.
Not a true restoration but I'm happy with the results so far.
I need to add some bracing that was attached to the back at one time.
I think I'm going shellac the inside of the drawers to preserve the seed labels and then line it with felt or something, just going to lay it in though. Maybe add some lighting to the bottom portion with the door and then it'll be done.CHRIS

I sometimes have razor oriented visitors and wanted to have the hones and other stuff nearby. It hides to the right behind the cabinets out of the way.The wheeled medical cart contains the basic hones#1 that I use when honing and#2 the hones I teach with. The cabinet to right has a shelf dedicated to the hones not in use.
This is the end of my very short front hall and is easily accessible for use "in my kitchen" over coffee and conversation. To the left is the facility so shave training is just a doorway away. To the rear is my kitchen and talking table. Odd device on the 'scope is a camera adapter if I wish to take a foto.
Such carts and similar ones are cheap at Goodwill or other stores that have hospital and nursing home leftovers.
Use what works for you!
