Except for the hole, it resembles a cerumen (ear wax) spoon that would have been used for cleaning ears. That hole doesn't look original to me.
Here's a photo of another tweezer/ear wax spoon combo for comparison:

Not a dang thing. I'll just have to go through my files and find that picture of all the snurds I've used over the years and the 'treatise' I wrote about them. I use one of them almost daily for dishing out Maca Root. Originally Posted by sharptonn
