A local Harbor Freight or Craig's list may be the answer for the machinists' drawer type chest.
It will also hold a lot of stuff, like soaps,in the 'till' on top.

PS.
Cigar boxes do a nice job of holding a few razors. You should be able to find really nice ones at smoke shops in your area.Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

I have a Gerstner wood box I bought many years ago. I also have some small wood boxes made by an outfit called burlwoodboxes.com (or similar).

I was looking for something simple and cheap that would accommodate access to any razor without disturbing the rest.
Just drilled small holes through plexiglass through which I threaded elastic cord.
The really nice thing is that you can cut the plexi into whatever length you want.
Lean them up or lay them down.
Works for me.
