I haven't received it yet, it's coming down from Canada.

Canada Post can be a pita but the favorable exchange softens the blow a bit.

Thanked: 4826Canada Post is slow within Canada. However parcels in either direction is very slow. The exchange rate has my buying restricted. It is odd that I can get a parcel from the UK or from Japan faster than to or from the US, and sometimes I can get one faster from Japan than eastern Canada. That's a bummer about the blades not fitting. Perhaps it is a good time to retry the Rapide.

The razor looks to be in very good condition but I'm equally excited about the tin case which are usually roached out.

Project: "Shave with Eight SE hoe razors in a row"
Last year I much enjoyed Darkbulbs project, resulting in adding some really nice SE's to my collection. I love honing, stropping and shaving with these wedges. Besides a Wilkinson 7 day set and a Rolls Razor, which use their own wedges, I have the following razors for the normal wedges, from left to right: L' Essor, L' Aiglon, Torrey, Le Coq and Heljestrand.
About the L'Aiglon I'm not sure; it came in a L' Aiglon box, but I read somewhere that it's a Le Grelot razor. There's no name on the razor itself. Anyway, great razors!
