Thread: Another brush holder

This brush holder is a little different being 2 pieces. I'm not sure if along with being able to empty out any water accumulation it was also used as a bowl to make lather. Thomas Furnival & Sons were an English firm beginning business in 1851. The registration diamond on the base was granted in 1878. Early makes from the company were simply FURNIVAL which can also be seen on the base. In 1913 they became Furnivals 1913 Ltd.
