    That's about as good as it gets...Spectacular!!
    I love the scales that look like they came out of grandma's silverware drawer.

    Well part of the reason they look like they came out of the silverware drawer is because they are sterling silver. The three of them have pretty nice scales. I suspect the Emperor razor is Vulcanite, but I swear I can see grain in them. Likely I just need to clean my glasses. The other set is mother of pearl. Nothing quite like beautiful blades surrounded by incredible scales.

    Rest assured those Emperor scales are of Bakelite/Vulcanite. Sturdy stuff, til you start to break it!

    Congratulations Shaun those are beautiful additions to any collection. Thanks for showing. Just a suggestion, you may try some Armor-all or silicone grease on the Vulcanite or Ebonite handles. It will help to re-condition the material and turn from green back to black. Try in a small patch area first if you are worried.
