Thanked: 2Alternatives to Thiers Issard razor box
Hi all,
I just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions for razor boxes other than the TI box. I have now built my collection to the point where I could sustain a razor box. I don't have the time or tools to build a box myself so thought I would see if anyone hd any suggestions.
I also like the idea a glass display case that could be put on a wall to store the razors. I haven't seen any of those around though.
Thanks in advance.

You may want to look at fountain pen boxes. Different prices/sizes/ quality.

I just picked up a Bombay pen case off ebay for $10 , works great.
While looking for mine I did do a bit of searching for different pen cases. You will see a bunch on ebay, bamboo and rosewood 24 pen, if you like those look at the Penn state industries page and check them out. they are $49 there, or you can buy the same one on Ebay for $69- $110 samey same.
Heres mine, I will add a better pic later, this was from the ad. I pulled i apart and cleaned it up. looks like new.

Buy an antique box, and have someone who can work with wood make you trays that fit in there. More character than new boxes, and you get to choose the spaces in the tray.
