Thanked: 6DIY Brush, Bowl, Straight, & Safety Razor Stand
Just thought Id share a small project I started today. I made a dual razor & brush stand with a bowl holder out of some steel scraps and an old safety razor stand I had lying around. The idea was to have a spot to hold my straight and have my brush dry over my bowl. The straight holder was cut from a piece of steel bar stock and threaded over the main holder. Still needs a coat of spray paint.

I would like to see this loaded with goodies. I am imagining how the straight will mount but have questions.

Thanked: 6Heres a pic of it holding my travel set.
The straight holder is a bit high for shavettes but holds straights well. Theres a chamfered dome I cut into the base that holds the monkey tail."I guess you done bought one too many damn toasters"

Nice job. And the spot for the tail of the straight was a good idea.
It's just Sharpening, right?

I would be sure to add some protection more than paint around the straight holder to protect the scales.
I don't usually store my straights vertical but if I do I store them tail up.
