Yep. Well put. Climate controlled but not any extreme be it heat, cold, dry or humid. Direct sun is also not good for any prolonged period, especially on plastics. Dessicant packs help for moisture but open to air as stated is important.

Thanked: 559You can buy plastic coffin boxes for razors, but they cost a great deal more. These toothbrush boxes have 3 ventilation holes at each end. I dry my razors after use by setting them open on my dresser for an hour or two before putting them away.
For long storage, I oil any that are going to be put away for a significant time before next use.David
