What is the bowl supposed to be for? While it looks like a great bowl for shaving, I can't believe Wal-Mart has bowls specifically for shaving.

Kind of reminds me of the toothbrush holder I bought there to keep my razors in.

I have two of these soapstone bowls from wally world, you can find them with the incense burners over in the arts and crafts section, they do a very fine job of holding a puck of soap, Ogalalla or Colleens.

Nice find...Now you've given me yet another reason to go to Wal-Mart.

If only Wal-Mart over here in the UK (read ASDA) could stock something like this. Currently my Tabac soap lives in a porcelain bowl/container that is normally used to house creme brulee (or it could have been yoghurt).

For something like Tabac, it's worth getting the actual bowl supplied, but for other soaps you just have to look around.
