Thanked: 4Shaving Mirror Rec? (preferably small/handheld/travel)
Squires,
I recently shaved in a hotel whose bathroom was equipped with a shaving mirror and, I must say, it enhanced the experience and technique immensely!
This was a large mirror, the kind that extends from the wall: as I do not have the available space on my bathroom wall for such an implement, I was wondering whether someone here could please recommend a smaller mirror, maybe a travel one.
Is there a particular brand or product you use to great results?
Thanks,
Derek

Its funny you should mention that, as the place SWMBO and I stayed in on our last holiday had a shaving mirror as well..!
I liked the fact that I could see if I'd missed any spots far more easily, and the magnification makes it easier to see which way the hairs grow as well.
I dont have any information on a good brand, but there are a fair few on Amazon that I found.
Let us know what you go for..!

IKEA also has a nice one sold rather cheap. If you have an IKEA store around you might give that a try?

I only wear eye glasses for reading but if I could would wear them while shaving I most definitely would.
So I bought a big 10X mirror that attaches to the wall and extends out for perfect viewing.
Maybe that was a 10X mistake.
The magnification is too great because I used to think I was getting pretty close shaves.
Looking in the regular bath mirror everything looks fine but with the super magnification my shaves look 10X worse.
Have any of you guys experienced this?
Maybe I should try a DE and see if I can get a closer shave than with a straight.S.L.A.M.,.......SHAVE LIKE A MAN!!!
Not like a G.I.R.L. (Gentleman In Razor Limbo)
