Thanked: 14Buckskin Leather Razor Rolls
My wife, who does leather work, kindly offered to set aside some time and make some razor rolls for me. OK, it took a little arm twisting, but she agreed. LOL She picked up some really nice distressed Buckskin for them and this stuff is so incredibly soft.
Here's a shot of a 7 day roll she made out of the Chocolate Buckskin for me. A couple lucky folks will go home with one on Sunday at the meet!Last edited by Otto; 09-25-2010 at 04:00 PM.

Thanked: 240Looks good, if only if I was in NW USA I could go to the meet and see for myself... Well there is always next year, you must have a great wife to not only put up with your straight razor use/collecting but to encourage it by making storage systems for you. Now you have a great excuse to buy more razors, "honey we don't know if a Livi 10/8 will fit in these size pouches, we need to check"

Buckskin Leather Razor Rolls
Hello, GolfNut:
Please give my compliments to your wife for that razor roll's rustic look. Good work.
Regards,
Obie

Thanked: 39Very nice! You can tell the leather is super soft by the way it formed around the ends of the razors.
Wonder how that leather would work streached over a paddle strop?
Make it like a tube sock so a 2 sided or 4 sided paddle would just slip into it
Regards

Wow, very nice indeed. Has she thought about selling them? There is a shortage of option regarding decent razor leather rolls.
