I noticed that with the MWF refill puck. Send'em an email, it may be a computer glitch.

Thanked: 1195To my knowledge, when products are depleted at SRD they simply take the listing off the site, as opposed to having an "Out of Stock" message. So when you don't see a product listed anymore it is more likely on order than not supplied anymore by SRD. I hope this makes sense....

I believe that Ryan is correct. The fact that the scuttle is not displayed doesn't necessarily mean that they no longer offer it for sale, just that it is currently out of stock.
Be patient. Their pottery maker/supplier is probably firing up another batch of them as I write."Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter." Mark Twain

Thanked: 4942The main purpose of the design has been to keep the lather on the brush warmer. So, I guess face lathering or some build lather in a separate bowl or the palm of your hand. I have found that the wider bowl scuttles that work well for bowl lathering, allows the heat to dissipate quicker because of the larger area being open.
Have fun,
Lynn
