Thanked: 983My opinion is that you stole property not belonging to you. You paid for a razor, not the rights to use photographs and/or words verbatim when you chose to sell it later on. I would have charged you for each photograph you used, at the going rate for Journalism and advertising, and I would have also charged you per word of original text at the current journalists rate. And if you didn't pay up, I would take you to the small claims court or such equivalent as your country has. That's just my opinion of course!

Any photo taken and posted online is automatically copyrighted even if it isn't through the copyright office, but it has to be through the office in order to sue someone over using it.

Re The EBAY report, I thought that was for a Current Listing and not one that had finished.

As far as making him whole. He didnt say much. I am a customer and have bought quite a few things from him and will continue to do so. He lives a few towns away and I will see him when he reopens his Antique Store next month.Last edited by DaveN; 03-11-2013 at 02:53 AM.

Thanked: 983Well, I for one, hope you do the least thing in your power as a minimum when you see the people in person, and that is to apologise profusely for your grevious error of judgement, and un-gentlemanly conduct.

I stole it from the internet somewhere, but seriously almost any image on the internet is public domain and able to be used within certain guidelines. Alot of bloggers get into trouble for that cause people pay to access their site or sponsors pay for the site or whatever. If there is monetary gain involved in any way shape or form it is illegal. Atleast that is what I got out of all the reading I did when I wanted to post some pictures, but I could be wrong and it wouldn't be the first time. Now back to the original topic of the thread.

Now that's a First Class Operation !
We spent the bucks remodeling the main bath. My shave cave is in the half bath and going low budget on the cabinets and vanity. I did pick one out where the sink in front is rounded and sticks out past the cabinet as I was getting tired wiping up the floor when I'm done. (I do everything from a seated position, dont need the cane that way) !
