That's a beautiful piece! Is it vintage/antique, or a modern reproduction?

Thank you Martin, a very beautyful piece, nice wood and great design. The sink can download the water ?And if yes, where go the water ? There's a sort of tank ?

There's a tank in the top that holds water. Open the faucet to fill the basin with water. When done, lift the basin out of the dresser and dump it.

Thanked: 4249Well Big Jim is almost right, tank in the top to hold water fill basin but the water goes all the way down to bottom drawer where there is a metal bucket for waste water, the piece is well before time of indoors plumbing.

Those must be shallow drawers then, for there to be clearance for a drain pipe back there. Surprising. Certainly pre-dates indoor plumbing, though it wouldn't be hard to plumb that unit into a bathroom/bedroom/shave den and use it as your personal shaving station.
Now I wish I had means and space to do such a thing. Wouldn't that be the life!
Peace,
Jim
