    Default Dirty Bird Scuttle

I got my Dirty Bird Scuttle in the mail last week. I am amazed by how well it works. It builds lather so quickly and keeps the lather hot through all three passes. If you are thinking of getting a scuttle I highly recommend the Dirty Bird. I got the web pattern in the bowl as well as a dribble port. She is a true pleasure to work with and the product is top notch.

    What's a dribble port?

Love my Dirty Bird too. Have you considered the Brush Scuttle? Even if you never face lather, it's nice to soak your brush in warm water while leaving your sink clear.

The brush scuttle looks like a great idea. Right now I fill up the scuttle with hot water...both the lower and upper sections. I put my brush in the hot water while I shower and let the scuttle get nice and warm. After the shower I dump out the water and refill the lower section with hot water and start making lather. The dribble port is a small hole she puts in the upper lip of the scuttle. It allows you to tilt the scuttle and get a trickle of hot water into the bowl to help make lather.

A dribble port is a small hole in the lather bowl that allows one to tip the scuttle and "dribble" small amounts of water into the bowl.
