For those who might wonder about the ‘Masta’ term, Tyler had made a post here at SRP as a newbie and I contacted him via PM: To make a long story shorter, I became his mentor. I started using Star Wars lingo in our exchange of emails and I morphed into his Master and he into my Young Apprentice!
It’s been fun and fulfilling for both of us! I’m very proud of how my Young Apprentice has been learning ‘Patience’ and ‘Using the Force’ to better learn and understand all aspects of shaving with a straight razor and now how to restore those blades that might have never become a LightRazor once again!
He has done Well!
Here's the link to what he has learned for bringing a LightRazor back to life!

Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.

This is my dry box i custom built. pics taken with cell phone so the quality isnt so great, but you get the idea. it holds 7 straights and as of right now one merkur classic.the drawer in the bottom is for holding desiccant and my de blades. i will add my gillette red dot when it comes in as well as my w&b and a few others im restoring. in it now is an union cutlery spike, a dovo best quality, and a g.h. pumaker re scaled in spalted sugar maple.

Thanked: 23musicman, very nice work. the top right one looks rather unstable though.
I particularly like the bottom compartment!

thanks, yea i havent adjusted that one to the razor that will go there. i bend the hooks individual to the razor that will go there and then pad them with felt. its really surprisingly stable.when i get a chance im going to hop on the lathe and turn some small spindles to replace the hooks to fit the razors a little better.
