You're right, a brush scuttle does take up more space but on the other hand, the DB brush scuttle can also work for face lathering (warm water underneath only), which is nice.

Robert sent me another pic of my set, a custom scuttle and a custom piece to match, so cant wait to use it!! so heres a pic of the finished products,, JR

Yeah, toothbrush, razor, and floss stick, he makes some other types, but i have very little room, so he made that one for me,, JR

Nice set!!! I would think the cover would help hold in the warmth between shaves. Seems like a good idea .
