Thanked: 11Magnifying mirror? Anyone use one?
Just like the title says, does anyone use a magnifying mirror? I've been thinking I'd like to try one.

Thanked: 498Magnifying Mirror
I use one. It keeps me from being pressed up against the medicine cabinet. Dont know the magnification but its not alot. Its not for the entire shave, but for the tight spots that my eyes cant hone in on.
And yes my shave den is pink. Insert joke here______________________________________________ ____________.

Thanked: 11You're shaving with a straight razor, I think pink is allowed. The manliness of the razor trumps it.

Well that's a nice compromise, you let the other half pick out the wallpaper and you've decorated the walls. LOL. As for the magnifying mirror, nope, nada, bad enough I have to look at my mug in the mirror, I don't want to see that much detail. LOL.

At 52 is the only way to get my chin and mustache area done! Use a 10X standing mirror. If I find one to attach on the wall and swivel, it would be better. No pink, just silver. Double "O".

Thanked: 1195I've tried them before, it's just not for me. I found them too distracting and hard on my eyes.

I use a shaving mirror with both 1x and 10x sides and I rarely use the magnification, I just prefer the mirror closer to me so I don't have to lean over the counter.

I use a 3x one when working on my neck. Since I can't wear my glasses to shave, it's much easier than leaning further and further over the counter toward the mirror to see the tight spots

i've got an extendable one which doubles as a brush holder. i use it for the chin and upper lip area because i have to put my glasses back on to do those parts. otherwise i use the wall mirror. my daughter bought it for me at ikea for very short money.
