The stripes look great! We're starting to build up a nice library of different styles. It is fun, isn't it?
What do you think of the "crush strength" of the .026?

Thanks, I don't know how to judge crush strength but I would put it in a suitcase with out worry. The double end is very strong with the interior sleeve. If you wanted to make it bullet proof a full length interior or rather 2 piece, 3/4 and 1/4 length, would be the ticket.

One easy change I think would make it much neater would be to stagger the folds on the end pieces by the thickness of the material. Side #1 would be a little shorter. #2 a little longer etc. I think it certainly would be worth a try with the thicker material.

I have tried fitting various razors and have found that about half of them fit. The box is long for those. The ones that the length is good for don't fit inside.

Yes, this is lots of fun!

I just tried making one of these boxes today. It seems to have worked well. It fits a 5/8ths razor really well. It's upstairs with the glue drying at the moment, but I feel like it could do with something like a little PVC glue along the seams.

I plan on making a heap more of these for razor storage.

Thanks for the template and the instructions.
