Looking for a razor comb
I am trying to find something that can best be described as a razor comb. It really looks more like something that resembles the palm of ones hand and holds a DE razor for hair cutting or beard trimming. If I can find a decent picture to upload I will do so but I can only find ones that look like brushes and combs as opposed to this tapered hand sized plastic or metal razor comb. \
Anyone know what I am talking about or where I can find one?

Look on ebay for th "Real" razor. There is a couple that are 905 straight with a comb.. They make a nice straight shave if you take off the comb.. If you want the DE, try a Weck..

Although this would be a good option here is a picture of what I am referring to. This was a whole disposable apparatus whereas the kind I am looking for the scales come apart and the razor is replaceable. It's not for me that is why I am looking so hard.

How about putting a WTB in the classifieds here?

Thanked: 3226I think one of my local antique stores has exactly what you are talking about. I'll be damned if I can remember the name of it. I have seen them on ebay also mixed in with regular straights.

Yeah I check occastionally at antique stores, love those places. I can post something to WTB but hoping to find out more information as well maybe old makers, possible model names or even model numbers.
