A satirical depiction of a machine inside a barber's shop which shaves six people in a line using a brush and razor on a trolley on tracks, worked by a cog-wheel turned by a man far right.

Da*n ,,,Birmingham, 1770 looked like wild place.
The guy in the upper left of the photo appears to have a little "Herb" action going on.

Heck, it was to turn the participants into zombies so they didn't know what was going on. See the lady in the lower left side tending to one of the unfortunates who didn't turn the right way at the right time! Man, I would really have to be loaded before I'd stick my neck out for something as weird as that. On the other hand, I have done some really dumb stuff in my days so who knows what I would have done in 1770.
