    Default SRD Scuttle

Got my SRD Scuttle about a month ago, wanted to use it for awhile before posting. If you are looking for a scuttle to keep your lather warm this is it. It is not for mixing lather, I didn't need it for that, but it holds the heat very well, just using hot water out of the faucet. I recommend it highly.

I was just going to post asking about this.
When I was at the store they were out so I tried the shave bowl. (the color matches the bathroom so I knew the wife would be totally ok with it lol)
I try keeping it in the sink full of hot water but it doesn't keep it hot. So if the scuttle works I guess I'll go ahead and get one soon.

I have the SRD scuttle as well, and it really is great. I've been using for about 2 months or so now, and I love it. It keeps my lathered brush nice and warm for quite a while, just using the hottest water out of my tap. I've really come to enjoy rinsing with cold water and then applying the nice warm lather before another pass. You won't go wrong with that scuttle.

I have the bowl and the scuttle.

I used the bowl for cold lather in the summer, and switched to the scuttle for the winter.

I have a version of the lathering bowl. I really like the lip to help contain the lather. I've used the scuttle as well, and I have never had a warmer brush throughout the shave. But I prefer to lather in a bowl, and a bowl and scuttle would be too much for my sink, so I just run the tips under hot water when I need a reheat. Really wish I had more space...
