Thanked: 5Home made razor case
Howdy,
Just wanted to share my home made box I whipped up today. Just snagged a cedar box form a local cigar shop, cut up some hobby basswood from a craft store, shot the box with a few coats of paint, and lined the inside with self adhesive felt... pretty pleased with the outcome. Grand total for the project was about 12 bucks. The pictures kind of suck due to poor lighting but the outside is a flat grey and inside is black/red.

Thanked: 5I love cheap projects and if you take your time and keep a steady hand this is a easy project. Although I had to piece alot of small felt pieces together, the plushness of the felt makes for a seemless professional look. In addition, the adhesive on the back of the felt is very strong and doesent seem to want to move after you place it. I would highly recomend its use for anything looking for a simple box lining.

Very nice job!
Looks like you could make a small bench strop to fit where your seventh razor is and get a small travel brush and have a nice little 6 day travel kit.
