Default Re purposed spring clip bar

Another Sally find for a couple of bucks. No idea what this oak bar with spring clips was originally used for but it makes a great shave brush holder for the bathroom. Easy mounting too with double sided tape. Yea, I know I am lazy.

    Bob,
Is that Sally's beauty supply store?
How are those clips as far as "Pressure" on the brush handles?
I worried about scratches or hurting my antler handles.

How did you mount it to the wall?

The "Sally" is the Salvation Army Thrift Store and it is mounted to the wall with double sided tape. The spring clips are easy to bend so there is very little pressure on the brush handles. The little plastic rollers on the clip ends help with that too. So far so good as far as scratches go.

Was this a used item turned in or a multi stocked item?
I will make a trip to the Sally tomorrow, if you think I will find it there.

Just lucked out on an item turned in by somebody looking to unload some junk. Classic case of one person's junk is another person's treasure.

I agree but these seem a little close together.

Yea, quite likely right on that. You can get some industrial looking ones like that too.
