Large Wade & Butcher 3-Blade Folding Pocket Knife, Stag Scales
Offering a large Wade & Butcher 3-blade folding pocket knife, 3-5/8" spear point main blade, 2" spey and drop-point blades on the opposite end. The scales are natural stag with a nickel silver shield-shaped escutcheon, and the bolsters are nickel silver. The knife is in excellent condition, with no staining or blebishes. There are two steel springs, one for each of the small blades and they are doubled up for the main blade. The main blade is heavily stamped with 'WADE & BUTCHER' and the trademark circle-b, arrow, and Maltese cross. All three blades are stamped 'Wade & Butcher' in an arc over 'XCD' on the tang. The knife appears to be post-World War II production.

Help us out a little, is this an English Sheffield made knife? How old could it be?

I have no way of knowing either answer. I have listed and photographed every mark on the knife, and indicated that I believe it to be recent (post-WWII) production.
