Continuing with the Aussie theme.

Grilled medallions of Kangaroo loin on a bed of super long green beans fried with Portobello mushrooms with a couple of slices of Damper along side. The only spices were salt and "a little" fresh ground black pepper.
The Roo was delicious. If it wasn't so expensive I would add it often to my diet. Even my wife who was hesitant complimented it. My attempt at Damper was also good but had a slight baking powder taste.
Always room for improvement!
