You'd have to work pretty hard to offend me, I may act fuaxfended, but that's part of the game with friends, unless you are fauxriends, in which case who really cares, however I think we are not fauxriends, in which case a bit of fauxfence is fine.

I probably have never had the same homemade hash twice. To me there is no recipe. Make extra baked potatoes for supper. In the morning dice them up and add whatever leftover meat and vegetables are in the refrigerator. Top it off with eggs and or cheese!
I admit there are some better than others but never a bad one.

Thanked: 2027hash? I am the worlds expert hands down,my fave, left over leg of lamb.Cube it,large cast iron skillet,melt bacon grease,toss in two diced med Idaho spuds (skin on),one medieum walla walla ony diced,6 cloves of garlic diced,brown well, remove from pan.
Toss in the lamb,brown,mix it all up,toast homemade sourdough bread.
Ramikin with catsup and many dahes of tabasco,tis heaven
