    Dumping sugar and simple carbs six days/week has not been difficult and the rewards in blood work, feeling better, no more back pain and simple well-being can't be equalled with any other methods I've tried. Here is recent 450-calorie breakfast - I am never hungry between meals since sugar, simple carbs and I parted ways:

    I figure when you add the cost of shipping whether it's local or International, it probably all comes out in the wash and 600 g is a lotta mite mate.
