Easy enough - thanks a lot. I think I'll add some cilantro and lime - I really like those two together

that looks good Steph today. I had a simple omelette. Two egg, a sliced mushroom, a diced tomato and some Tuscan spice and pepper chucked in for extra flavour. T'was quite grand a breakfast with a big glass of water and a white, unsweetened, decaffeinated coffee.

Tomorrow will be a fruit smoothy (banana, strawberries, blueberries and maybe some grapes or nectarine thrown in with a decent dribble of honey added to the milk and yoghurt). I'm shedding the weight and feeling good. I'll feel much better when I decide to say "bugger it" and have a big feed of Bacon and Eggs. Thick sliced toast with a good dab of butter and jam and a large tea or coffee whitened with pure cream. That's a treat for another day though. First to improve my health before allowing an indulgence or two...Maybe...That did sound pretty damn mouth watering! )

Next thing, you'll find me hanging out in cafe's and diners in the early hours. Furtively looking at what people are having for breakfast, and taking sneaky 'up skirt' photo's of their Ham and Eggs and crumpets...

Hopefully I won't have come straight from the workout thread in me "leather skirt and blue mascara"....Now this is just getting weird!

My God! I'm in tears here looking at that repast, I had cornflakes and a cup of tea. Oh the Humanity!
