Thanked: 1160I used to make this Scottish dish called woodcock,I just called it Scots toast myself but, it's toast with butter and anchovy spread over it followed by a layer of scrambled egg and a little onions and or caper if you wanted to get all haute about it .
Good cuppa tea or coffee with that and yer off and runnin. I sometimes added a little hot sauce on top when I wanted to totally mess up the culture of it but man it was good.Come along inside,We'll see if tea and buns can make the world a betterplace.~TheWind in the Willow~

Thanked: 552I’ve never heard of cloudberry jam. Please provide some additional information - I’m intrigued by the name.
