I just made the best jelly doughnuts...
On Chanukah we fry things in oil.
Dinner was a batch of the crispest potato pancakes I've ever made, crispy tofu, spinach salad, and kale.
Then I made jelly doughnuts. The lightest most delicious that I've ever had. I lightly coated them with granulated sugar, and used raspberry for the filling. So good.
