    Default I just made the best jelly doughnuts...

    On Chanukah we fry things in oil.

    Dinner was a batch of the crispest potato pancakes I've ever made, crispy tofu, spinach salad, and kale.

    Then I made jelly doughnuts. The lightest most delicious that I've ever had. I lightly coated them with granulated sugar, and used raspberry for the filling. So good.

    Enjoy while you can. Those are now fond memories as far as my diet go. And raspberry yet!! Vey ist mir, touch mir nicht gut. Just think about them made my cholesterol level rise.
