One of the wife’s favorites. Yeast bread enriched challah loaves tonight, what with it being the start of Hanukkah and all.

Switched to whole wheat or rye bread these days. Better for my diabetes. A loaf a week.
i make white bread in a bread maker, sod my diabetes, that's what my insulin is for.
But, I cant make a loaf a week because it goes blue and furry before that!
True, but now I am addicted to my Pullman pan and lazy as a snoozing dog to go the extra mile to braid the loaf.
