So....what's a turkey egg like....is it richer maybe ?
Duck eggs (mallard) are fantastic. Never tried turkey eggs. Guinea, not so good.
My grandfather was a Washington State Game Protector and he used to bring Pheasant eggs from the bird farm in Walla Wall to our place in Dayton. Never cared much for them especially once when I cracked one open and if I'd boiled it I could have had Belut. :dropjaw:___ :gaah:

I was on a razor hunt this morning at the monthly antiques fair and stumbled up on this baby for a great price. These are the pics as found. I cleaned it and it's in the oven seasoning. I think it's going to be a good one.

Here is my collection, started with the red Le Creuset but when they started making the black ones I quickly jumped over to those. Like the black ones because they remind me of the vintage ones.Attachment 266684
Had the boxes for them untill my dog thought I was going to recycle them and chewed up two in less than a minute. Completely my fault since I trained him since he was a pup to help me break down boxes to put in the recycling bin. Lol! Man was he fast though!
