    Man I love picked eggs.
Although after an evening of beer and pickled eggs, you may find your co-workers not wanting to sit by to you the next day

The beauty of pickeld eggs is they get hard and chewy
How to cook hard boiled eggs with no green centers: in a pan with cold water, bring eggs to a boil, cover, turn off heat. let set for 20 mins.
Transfer to bowl with Ice and water, let set till cool.Just my way
