Spicy pickled eggs
I made these eggs Monday with peppers, onions from the garden and eggs from my friends chickens I actually made two half gal jars so I could give my friend with the chickens a jar. ( organic)

How to cook hard boiled eggs with no green centers: in a pan with cold water,bring eggs to a boil, cover, turn off heat. let set for 20 mins.
Transfer to bowl with Ice and water,let set till cool.Just my wayCAUTION
