Pressure Cooker success
I just used, for the first time, a "Power Cooker Plus" 8qt electric pressure cooker, to make
Sunday dinner: belated St Paddies Day.
4lb corned beef, one onion, and two bottles of Guinness , cooked for 40 minutes;
add 4 cups baby carrots and 4 cups small, unpeeled small potatoes; cook for 10 minutes more;
add steamer tray to the cooker and steam one chopped cabbage for 2 more minutes.
It all came out great! Fed 6, no leftovers."If you come up to it, and you just can't do it, then that's jolly well where you are."

We just did the same! Only a pork roast, potatoes, and beans. Had trouble with the limited directions but eventually got it figured out
