    Default Pressure Cooker success

    I just used, for the first time, a "Power Cooker Plus" 8qt electric pressure cooker, to make
    Sunday dinner: belated St Paddies Day.

    4lb corned beef, one onion, and two bottles of Guinness , cooked for 40 minutes;
    add 4 cups baby carrots and 4 cups small, unpeeled small potatoes; cook for 10 minutes more;
    add steamer tray to the cooker and steam one chopped cabbage for 2 more minutes.

    It all came out great! Fed 6, no leftovers.

    We just did the same! Only a pork roast, potatoes, and beans. Had trouble with the limited directions but eventually got it figured out
